Dedicated T1 Packages include:
- Service Level Guarantee - TulsaConnect guarantees that your PTP or Reach T1 service will be operational and delivering the contracted bandwidth 99.9% of the time.
- Static IP Addresses - We will provide as many Static IP addresses as you can justify use for (when possible, we recommend using NAT) up to a full Class C.
- Router Configuration - Our technicians will pre-configure supported routers for PTP or Reach T1 service. This may be done via telephone, on-site at TulsaConnect, or on-site at your location. This includes assisting you configure the built-in firewall/NAT functions on supported routers.
- Domain Name Registration (one year) - We will register a domain name for your company (or renew your existing domain) for one year.
- Premium Web Hosting - We will host your company website under our Premium Hosting plan at no additional charge.
- Premium E-mail Hosting - We will provide up to 100 E-mail addresses at @yourdomain.com. This premium service also features anti-virus and anti-spam scanning for your E-mails, and SSL-secured WebMail access.
- On-site Support - If you have a T1 related problem that we cannot solve via phone, then we will send a technician to your location free of charge.
- Circuit Monitoring (optional) - TulsaConnect will, at your request, monitor the health of your PTP or Reach T1 circuit via our IP Monitoring software. In the event of an outage, we will notify your staff per your instructions. Notification options include E-mail, Pager, or phone call.
- Free Dial-Up Account - You will be provided one Dial-Up account at no charge.

Point-to-Point T1 Options Include:
- Burstable Option - $100/mo
- This option is for customers requiring high capacity from time to time
but not often enough to warrant purchasing full T1 bandwidth. By paying
the nominal monthly charge, customers will have full T1 access to the
Internet without having to pay the full T1 price.
- Burstable T1 restrictions: If the customer exceeds its contracted
bandwidth capacity more than 300 times a month, for two months in a row,
they will be required to upgrade its account to the next higher
bandwidth/price tier. Usage peaks are calculated on five minute averages
sampled every five minutes.
- Reseller Option - $200/mo
- This option is for customers purchasing bandwidth for the purpose of
reselling Internet access.
