The recommended server settings for your mail app / client are below:
Login Name / Username: your full e-mail address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org), all lower case, no spaces
Password: your E-mail password
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): securemail.tulsaconnect.com
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): securemail.tulsaconnect.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): securemail.tulsaconnect.com
* Please ensure that SMTP authentication is enabled for outbound mail sending.
- If you are having trouble logging in, please check your mail client settings to ensure you are using the above server addresses and that you are using your FULL E-MAIL ADDRESS as your Username / Login
- SSL encryption is available for all protocols -- POP3, IMAP, and SMTP, using the above server addresses.
- If you are having trouble sending mail, please change your outgoing SMTP port from 25 to 2501
- If you are not seeing your messages when logging in to WEBMAIL, please click the "GET NEW" link in the upper left corner and wait a few minutes
